When capturing photos for lighting replacements, focus on clarity and relevance. Ensure your shots highlight essential details without clutter. Exclude warning labels or extraneous information. Instead, prioritize capturing the manufacturer, model number, and voltage rating clearly. This helps our team swiftly identify the right replacement, expediting repairs. Remember, clear photos streamline our processes and enhance efficiency. Thank you for your attention to detail!

Need to order replacement parts? (MRO)

We’ll need some information including the parts manufacturer and model number, voltages, and some pictures. Gather those and fill out the form below!

MRO Driver/Ballast Replacement

If possible, provide the brand and model number of the original driver or ballast to assist in finding compatible replacements.

The voltage supplied by the electrical source (e.g., 120V AC, 277V AC)

The required voltage for the LED fixture (e.g., 24-48VDC)

The desired constant current output (e.g., 700mA or 1.2A)

Dimming Capability (if applicable): Determine if the original driver or ballast had dimming capabilities and ensure compatibility with dimmer switches if required.

Form Factor and Size: Consider the physical dimensions of the replacement driver or ballast to ensure it fits within the existing fixture enclosure or housing.

Type of Control: Determine if the driver or ballast requires any specific control protocols (e.g., 0-10V dimming). If dimming is needed, specify the type (e.g., 0-10V, PWM, DALI).

Temperature and Environmental Considerations: Consider the operating temperature range and environmental conditions (e.g., indoor, outdoor, damp locations)
